Do you have an air freshener which will get rid of malodour?
There is a difference between air fresheners which deodorise a room and an air freshener which will effectively get rid of the smell. The majority of air fresheners which are found in most shops and on the High Street will disguise or deodorise the air and will not neutralise the smell. This is a key distinction when talking about air fresheners/deodorisers/or odour neutralisers.
To provide a distinction an air freshener is a product that typically emits a fragrance (either through a spray or gel) which sweetens or deodorises the air.
An odour neutraliser is a product that introduces a sanitiser or a biocide to neutralise the smell. So if we think about what is causing the smell? The smell is actually caused by bacteria so we are looking for a substance which can neutralise or kill that bacteria. So first we will talk about an order neutraliser which you will find here this one is the only one in our range which will actually kill the bacteria on contact which is causing the smell. So one application of this highly effective sanitiser which does have a deodorising perfume as a compliment will kill the bacteria causing odour. That being said once the bacteria is dead there is always the chance that it will grow again. So for clarity and in the hope that we are not leading anybody up the garden path this odour neutraliser will kill the bacteria which is causing the smell...until it grows again.
The other type of odour neutraliser is a biocidal one, which is full of enzymes which will effectively eat their way through the bacteria digesting them and causing little harm to the environment. If we are being realistic about harmful effects to the environment, anything which kills anything else, is not eco friendly. So all of the sanitisers and bleachers are harmful to the environment.
