This Drain and Grease Trap maintainer is installed by our own Jeyes Engineer, and it is delivered by a timed dose, to biologically maintain your kitchen pipes. The enzymes that are introduced into the grease trap effectively create their own ecosystem and digest the bad bacteria which create smells and block drains with every timed dose. You just allow the engineer to set it up, and leave the ecosystem alone to do its work! It's an absolute marvel!
Our engineer will set up the dosage to the right level for the amount of meals you are serving per day. For drain maintenance for free flowing, odourless drains pour 50ml - 10ml into sink or drain outlets during a quiet period once or twice per week. As a guidleline for optimal performance for grease trap maintentnce is to dose 1-2ml per cooked meal per day. for further dosing information refer to the prodcut information sheet attached below.
As we are creating a living, breathing eco system down your drain or within your grease trap it is NEVER a good idea to pour a sanitiser or bleach or detergent into your trap or down your drain. You need your enzymes to keep living to continue to digest all of the grease and bacteria you are pouring down there.
