YC03 - All-Purpose Degreaser Chemical Concentrate is a powerful multi-surface cleaner that dissolves grease, fat and ingrained soil. It is unperfumed and non-tainting.

Suitable for use on a wide range of surfaces including floors, walls, tiles, doors, canopies, fryers, stainless steel, rubber, plastic, glass, paintwork and all general equipment.

User Instructions

• General Cleaning: 4 x (pump) per 5L
• Heavily Soiled Areas: 9 x (pump) per 5L
• Spray Cleaning: 2 x (pump) per 500ML
• Floor Cleaning: Remove all soilage from the floor. Apply the solution at the required dilution with a mop. Allow the solution to penetrate for up to 5 minutes before cleaning and rinsing
• Work Surfaces and Walls: Cover or remove and food products and remove all loose soilage. Apply the solution at the required dilution with a sponge, cloth, scouring pad or trigger spray bottle. Rinse thoroughly with water and allow to dry.
• Deep Fat Fryers: Turn off the fryer, drain the oil and remove sediment with hot water. Dilute at 500ml per 5 litres of water (10%w/w) or 16 x (pump). Heat solution for 10-15 minutes, but DO NOT BOIL. Drain, rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to dry.
