Description
Suma Bac D10 is a concentrated liquid detergent disinfectant which cleans and disinfects all surfaces in one step. The product is suitable for all surfaces in food
premises. The combination of QAC, sequestrants and the buffer system makes this product very effective against a wide range of micro-organisms, in all water conditions. The formulation also contains surfactants, which makes the product suitable for one step cleaning and disinfection. SmartDose is a simple, maintenance free, portable dosing system without the need for any equipment installation. The patented “smart” pump and bottle design delivers an accurate dose of concentrated product simply, safely and swiftly. SmartDose allows for 2 different shot sizes, making it suitable for bottle, bucket, machine and sink filling. Suma Bac conc D10 conc passed the EN1276 at the recommended dilution (1%), in dirty conditions (0.3%
bovine albumin), hard water (300ppm Calcium Carbonate), at 20°C, using the standard 5 minute contact time.
Suma Bac conc. D10 conc. passed the EN1276 at the recommended dilution (2%), in clean conditions (0.03%
bovine albumin), hard water (300ppm Calcium Carbonate), at 20°C, using a 30 second contact time.
Suma Bac conc D10 conc. passed the EN 1276 for E Coli 0157 at the recommended dilution (0.5%), in dirty
conditions (0.3% bovine albumin), hard water (300ppm Calcium Carbonate), at 20°C, using the standard 5
minute contact time.
Suma Bac conc D10 conc. passed the EN 1276 for Listeria monocytogenes NCTC10357, Salmonella Enterica
NCTC74 and Campylobacter jejuni subsp. jejuni NTCT11351 at the recommended dilution (1% v/v) in dirty
conditions (0.3% bovine albumin), hard water (300ppm Calcium Carbonate), at 20°C, using the standard 5
minute contact time.
